Every run counts

When a run ends, K-Veritas tells the server right away. After that:

• the run cannot be changed,
• it cannot be dropped without the count showing it,
• failed and interrupted runs are counted too.

Offline? The run still finishes and the server is told later. Sealing waits until it is.
